2011 Cheer Competition

Recreation League Cheerleaders will show off their moves from the football season in one final competition in the Statesboro High School Gym. Come show your support for our cheerleaders as they cheer for their team and dance to the music. We will be rewarding teams based on their attendance throughout the season and will have 1st and 2nd place winners for best performance at the competition. Teams will be judged on showmanship, cheer technique, appearance and overall impression. Each team will be required to perform a cheer and a dance. All cheerleaders will receive a participation trophy at the end of the Cheer Competition.

All cheerleaders are to meet their team and coach in the bleachers and remain in the bleachers until their team is called to perform. We ask all cheerleaders to stay until the end of the competition.

Directions to Statesboro High:
From Hwy. 80 take Blue Devil Way (at traffic light next to Chow Time). This road will lead you straight to the gym entrance. We will have staff outside of the gym to direct you where to go.
