Facility Rental Procedures
Please fill out the Pavilion
Rental Confirmation form and return to the Honey Bowen Building
on Fair Road.The
Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department (SBCPRD)
has the following pavilions for rent to Bulloch County residents,
industry groups, and athletic teams, Monday through Sunday. The
hours of rental will be between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm
or dark, whichever occurs first.
Our
reservation phone line is (912) 764-5637 from 8:30am until 6:00pm,
Monday through Friday.

deposit must be paid separate from rental fee, we cannot accept
cash for a security deposit *
If rental
group does not clean pavilion area and/or any damage is done,
the security deposit will not be refunded.
To
Obtain Confirmation
Rental party must fill out and return a completed confirmation
form prior to the date of rental. Rentals are made on a first
come first serve basis. All rental fees and security deposit must
be paid at the time the facility is being rented. No rental can
be secured without both the rental fee and the rental deposit
being paid.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made prior to the rental date, the renting group
/ individual will forfeit their deposit or their rental fee whichever
is less.
Advance
Reservations
Reservations may be made two (2) years in advance. All rentals
are subject to first come first served basis.
Renter's
Responsibilities / SBCPRD Regulations
• The renting party / individual is responsible for cleaning
up the pavilion and area around pavilion after use.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed on SBCPRD property.
• NO SMOKING is allowed under pavilion.
• If grills are used, renters are responsible for cleaning
grills and hauling off the used and unused charcoal. Do NOT put
in SBCPRD trash cans.
• Do NOT move tables from one pavilion to another.
• All trash must be put in trash drums or trash cans located
adjacent or near pavilion site.
• Park only in parking lots, absolutely NO vehicles allowed
past any curbing. |
