*If your child is playing tackle football or cheering, please bring them to registration with you so they can be measured for uniforms.*
Tackle football participants receive pads, helmet & pants with a $10 deposit during registration.
Cheerleading participants can choose to have a team uniform for an additional $35. This includes top, bottom, bloomers, socks, and hair ribbon.

Registration takes place at the Honey Bowen Building for all programs and online with active.com for most programs!

| Discount Policy |
An individual registering for multi-programs in one quarter will receive a $5.00 discount on the total cost of the applied for programs. Family members registering for the same program in one quarter may receive the $5.00 discount on the total cost of their combined programs. This does not apply to the instructional programs of tennis and swimming.
A $10 discount is given to those who register during the designated registration week.

| Fee Waiver Policy |
It is the policy of the Parks and Recreation Department that no child be denied access to basic recreation services because of inability to pay. The department will consider fee waiver requests based on a family's present financial status.
Fee waiver requests will be taken only for youth programs considered basic recreation services.
Parents/guardians must complete the recreation scholarship request forms and provide the required support documentation at the time of registration. These forms are available at all registration locations as well as online.

| Out of County Policy |
All the participants living outside of Bulloch County registering for programs will be required to pay an additional $10.00 out-of-county fee for each activity, each season or month.

| Refund Policy |
Refunds will not be issued for withdrawal from a program that meets the minimum enrollment requirements set by the department, except in the following cases:
Cancellation by the registrant prior to one week before the program starts will result in a full refund.
Cancellation by a registrant one week or less prior to the program starting date will result in a full refund minus a $3.00 service charge.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER A PROGRAM HAS STARTED. |
