to join the club for a yearly fee of $15.
Membership entitles you to all activities
though some activities require an additional fee.
 
Club members receive a quarterly newsletter
listing the club news, trips and programs.

Bingo with the Lunch Bunch

Tuesdays, 11:00 am - 11:45 am
Come join us for bingo along with fellowship and lunch! Located at the Honey Bowen Building in the Multi-Pupose Room.
Lunch Bunch is included with Yearly Fee. Bingo is free and we provide the prizes!

Getting to Know Your Computer

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
$30/Session

For users who do not know how to navigate through Windows well. You will learn about accessing programs, the internet, e-mail, and starting and organizing documents.

Indoor Walking & Sit Fit
Our most popular adult exercise program! We walk to the music with Reba Barnes inside - so we walk rain or shine! Join this low-impact walking class. It's a great way to get the heart rate up!

Water Aerobics/ Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

This medically-approved exercise program (chest deep) is designed for people with arthritis to ease pain, stiffness, build cardiovascular endurance, tone muscles, and improve joint flexibility.
Yoga at Jones Love Cultural Center

Yoga that benefits the mind and body. We adapt to any level of condition. Focus is on strengthening, stretching, balance and flexibility.

The SilverLiners Line Dancing

This is for intermediate and advanced line dancing adults. This group performs at local events! Meets at the Honey Bowen Building. Great exercise, fun fellowship and you don't need a partner!
