Miscellaneous Fees:
• "Our Time" Extra Day : $8 for regularly registered attendees (2-4 days)
• "Our Time" Late Pick-Up : $5 per 1/4 hr. after 6:00pm
• Drop-in: $12.00 per day
• R.E.C.E.S. Late Pick –up : $5.00 (after 4:00pm)

Payment & Registration:
Pre-registration and pre-payment is required through the main office on Fair Road. Each child must be registered monthly. When you enroll your child at the Administration Office for the first month you will receive a payment envelope. Please return the envelope with each monthly payment to ensure that your child is registered promptly and correctly. You can mail the envelope or bring it by the main office. We accept check, cash, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Be sure to check out our "online registration".

DROP BOX in Statesboro! There is now a drop box for your  monthly payments located at the Honey Bowen Building - Rec. Dept. main office. When you pull into Max Lockwood drive - the drop box is located on your left. Please remember - checks only!!! We are not responsible for any cash left in the box. There is an envelope box on the side of the box- so that you can be sure and put your payments in an envelope. ALWAYS be sure to note on your check what school your child attends and the program (Our Time or RECES)... and if OT - the # of days! Also, be sure payments are made before the 1st of each month to receive discounts! We will check the box daily! Late payments will not be given the discount - and that $10 fee will be applied to your account for the following month! Enjoy the use of this new drive up drop box. South end - Brooklet/Stilson/Nevils - don't forget - there is a drop box at the Brooklet Rec. Dept. for your convenience as well!

Payments must be made by the first business day of each month in order to receive a $10 discount. Participants not registered and paid by the third business day of each month will not be allowed to attend.
