Program-After School Care
Offered to children pre-k - 5th grade enrolled in Bulloch County School System!!!
This AfterSchool program
offers structured, supervised care for children with disabilities.
The participants are integrated within the OUR TIME and R.E.C.E.S.
Registration Fee: $25.00
The required registration fee per child is non-deductible and non-refundable.
"Our Time" (after school until 6:00 p.m.)
Weekly "Our Time" Program Fees:
2 Days per Week — $25 per week (per child)
5 Days per Week — $40per week (per child)
Late Pick-Up Fee: $5.00
After 6:00 PM (every 15 minutes)
R.E.C.E.S. (after school until 4:00 p.m.)
Weekly "R.E.C.E.S." Program Fees:
$20 per week (per child)
Late Pick-up fees: $10.00
After 4:00 PM (until 6pm)
The staff/child ratio is based on the individual’s needs.
Participants enjoy crafts, field trips, organized games and other
therapeutic activities that encourage and enhance their growth.
Payment Late Fees:
Payments not made one week in advance will be assessed a $10 late fee. Children not paid in advance will be removed from the afterschool program; teachers will be informed that child may not be sent to the AfterSchool Program.
Transferring Programs :
If changes in registration of program (OurTime-2 day or 5 day/R.E.C.E.S.) become necessary – it is the responsibility of the parent to contact the administrative offices to change program. Pick up late fees will apply if office is not contacted. (In other words if you switch from OurTime to R.E.C.E.S. or R.E.C.E.S. to OurTime or from the 2-day per week to the 5-day per week or reverse without notification you will automatically be charged late fees. There is a $10 Transfer Fee per transfer.)

Neal Dunn Memorial Trail Ride at Saddle Trails, Twin City, GA
Time: Registration at 9 am; Trail Ride begins at 10 am
Location: Saddle Trails in Twin City, GA
Cost: $20, lunch is included

Stirrup Some Fun Therapeutic Horseback Riding program will host this trail ride fundraiser in remembrance of a dedicated horseman and founding member of the program, Neal Dunn. This is a bring-your-own-horse event. Horses will not be provided. There is a total of 17.5 miles in riding trails.
Camp Sites are available for those who are interested.

Directions to Saddle Trails (344 Friendship Church Road, Twin City, GA): From Statesboro, head west on GA-26W/GA-67N/US-25N/US-80W toward North College Street. Continue to follow for 6.5 miles. Turn left at GA-26W/US80-W and go 18.7 miles (through Portal). In Twin City, turn right at GA-23N (N Railroad Ave). Continue to follow for 1.5 miles. Turn right at Friendship Church Road and go 1.8 miles. Saddle Trails will be on your right.
|Therapeutic Horseback Riding
This program is designed for children with disabilities or life challenging situations. Horseback riding allows these children to experience outdoor fun while using the horse as a tool to improve posture, self-esteem, balance, coordination and more! Classes are offered in four-week sessions.
